Crepe paper streamers

Draw and cut out your monster eyeballs.

Cut crepe paper streamers into 3-foot lengths (or however long you'd like your monster’s tail to be).

Place the cardstock horizontally in front of you.

Glue an eyeball near the top center, about 1–2 inches from the edge.

Draw a monster mouth with fangs on white paper using a black marker, then cut it out—carefully keeping the black outline.

Glue the mouth underneath the eyeball.

Flip the cardstock over and glue streamers to the bottom edge (the opposite side of the eye).

Roll the cardstock into a tube shape and tape the edges together to secure it.
