We believe in creating joyful, creative experiences for families. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, reach out to us and we’ll do our best to make it right—whether that means a replacement, refund, or another solution that works for you.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return window, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused and in their original packaging
A receipt or proof of purchase is required

To start a return, please email us at littledreamersbuildabox@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you:

A prepaid return shipping label
Simple instructions on how and where to send your package

Please note: items sent back without first contacting us cannot be accepted.

Damages & Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away and we’ll take care of it as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

While we aim to be as flexible as possible, the following items are not eligible for return:

Personalized or custom items
Sale items or gift cards

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please reach out and we’ll gladly assist.

Exchanges

If you’d like a different item, the fastest option is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Please allow up to 10 business days for processing

Banks and credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at littledreamersbuildabox@gmail.com, and we’ll take care of it.
