DIY Hot Air Balloon Paper Craft

Materials Required:
- 8.5 x11 size sheets of construction paper or cardstock paper. Pick nine colors - 1 light color for the background, one white sheet for the clouds and 7 additional colors to construct the balloon.
- Glue
- Scissors
- Color Pen
- Cardboard Box
Instructions:
- Begin with one 8.5 x 11 sheet to use as your craft background
- Cut out cloud shapes using white paper and paste them on the sheet as shown in the photo.
- In this step take a color crafting paper and fold it vertically into two halves.
- Draw the shape of an air balloon on one side of the hot air balloon.
- Cut the shape of the air balloon with the help of scissors in the folded form.
Take different colors crafting papers to give it the effect of a rainbow.
Now repeat (7 times)the process of folding the crafting paper, making a hot air balloon figure on one side, and cutting them with the help of scissors.
Take all the folded colorful parts of the hot air balloon and paste them on one over the other with the help of glue as shown in the picture.
Paste the hot air balloon in a little tilted form in the middle of the 8.5x11 size sheet
Now take a small piece of cardboard and peel the outer cover as shown in the picture.
Then with the help of scissors cut a pot-shaped basket and paste it under the hot air balloon maintaining a little gap between both.
Now take a black color pen and draw some lines to connect the basket with the Air balloon.
Decorate the background with the help of a white color pen by making bubbles and stars.
