🍡 Decorated Marshmallow Pops

🛒 Ingredients

For the Marshmallows:

• 1 bag (12 oz) Giant Roaster Marshmallows

• 4 oz Vanilla Candy Coating (2 squares Almond Bark)

• 4 oz Chocolate Candy Coating (2 squares Almond Bark)

For the Toppings (2 tbsp each):

• Assorted nonpareil candies

• Assorted dark rainbow candies

• White sparkling sugar

• Pink sparkling sugar

• Granola or graham cracker crumbs

• Shredded coconut

🍴 Equipment

• 12 long 8" lollipop sticks

• Wax paper sheets

• Microwave-safe bowls

• Small mixing bowls (for toppings)

• Spoons for dipping and drizzling

🍬 Instructions

1. Insert sticks:
   Push a lollipop stick into each marshmallow, stopping about 1/8" from the top. Set aside.

2. Prep toppings:
   Pour each topping into its own small bowl. Lay out two long sheets of wax paper on plates or a tray for cooling.

3. Melt coatings:
   In separate bowls, melt vanilla and chocolate candy coatings in the microwave in 30-second bursts, stirring in between.

4. Coat marshmallows:
   Roll one marshmallow in your chosen candy coating. Use a spoon to smooth if needed.

5. Top and drizzle:
   Dip the top of the marshmallow in the same coating, then optionally drizzle with the opposite color for a multi-tone look.

6. Decorate:
   While the coating is still warm, dip the marshmallow into your toppings—either all around or just on top for a cleaner drizzle effect.

7. Cool and repeat:
   Place decorated marshmallows top-side down on wax paper. Repeat for each pop, one at a time.
